Apple is set to unveil its latest foldable iPhone model, the “iPhone Ultra,” on September 9. The new model will feature two displays: a 19.8-centimeter inner screen that folds out like a book, and a 13.5-centimeter outer display designed for typical smartphone use.
One particularly interesting feature is the iPhone Ultra’s asymmetrical corners: the left side has right-angled corners, while the right side features rounded corners.
The iPhone Ultra is expected to be powered by Apple’s latest processor, the A20 Pro, which is estimated to be 18 percent faster and consume 30 percent less energy than its predecessor, the A19 Pro.
With the iPhone Ultra, Apple could take the lead in the mobile phone market. According to the International Data Corporation (IDC), Apple could sell more than 10 million units in the first year, with the base model expected to cost between €2,200 and €2,500, while versions with larger storage capacities could be priced at €2,600–€3,000.
